06.Registration & Admission:
- Registration for admission to class LKG-VIII starts from ……… January 20…… last date for submission of application for registration cum admission is Feb….20……. No registration/ admission is undertaken for class X.
- Written Entrance Test in English, Hindi, Science, Social Science and Mathematics will be held for the registered candidate in School campus from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on ………… March 20…… (Sunday).
- Selection for admission is done on the basis of the result of the written entrance test and oral/ personality test through interview of the student.
- Registration or appearing at the Entrance Test is no guarantee for admission.
- Principal reserves the right to deny admission of a candidate without assigning any reason.
- Presence of the parents is essential in the school office at the time of admission.
7. Documents required for admission:

- A photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal corporation/or govt. agency.
- School leaving/ Transfer certificate from previous school attended by the student.
8. Academic session & Examination:
- Academic session in this school is from April to March on the CBSE pattern.
- The teaching and evaluation are based on CCE system as Four Formative and Two Summative Exams.
9. Attendance :
- A minimum of 75 % of attendance in class, good performance in all the exams and good conduct of the student is essential for promotion to the next higher class. Final result is prepared at the time of 2nd summative Exams where the %age of marks of the previous exams are also accounted for an computed for finalization of result.
- Punctuality and regularity in class, maintaining of discipline, completing home work assigned by teachers and appearing at all the examinations are imperative.
- Leave rules as reflected in the School Diary will be strictly followed. Absence from school without prior permission and that without valid reasons are not permissible and therefore liable to punishment/fine @ Rs 10/- for each day of such absence.

12. Transport/Converyance
- There is a provision of b us facility on regular and timely monthly payment of bus fare for availing of which a written request of the parents, well in advance is, essential.
The enrolment for bus service will be for a minimum of one academic session. Request for leaving the bus mid session or for change in bus stop of bus routes will not be entertained and once bus facility is granted, bus fare for full academic session will be charged whether the student uses the bus or not, for any reason, whatsoever.
- However, journey by bicycle is permitted, but journey by scooter, motorcycle,moped,car any other selfdriven automobile of any other personal means of conveyance is not allowed.
- Parents will be responsible for safe journey of their wards from home to school and back.
